As a licensed California Public Adjuster, I represent the interest of homeowners and businesses and have insurance claims for property damage (dwelling, contents, building and business interruption). I have been a local adjuster since 1988 and lived in Madera nearly that same amount of time. In addition to being an advocate for the insured policyholder, I am also an estimator of dwelling, contents and building repairs. I am an expert witness for adjustment and valuation of proper insurance. I am also a IAUA Certified Appraiser and Umpire for Property Claim Appraisal. I am also an IICRC Triple Master Mitigation Expert and ACAC Smoke Damage Consultant and Tester. Finally I am a ICRI Certified Concrete Slab Moisture Testing Technician for in slab moisture detection and verification.
